Hotel Simader is located in the Salzburg region of Austria.

From Salzburg Airport (SZG): The airport is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car. Airport shuttles (like Gastein Taxi) are very popular and drop you directly at the hotel door.

By Train: This is the most convenient means of getting here. Bad Gastein happens to be an important stop on the Tauern line (Salzburg-Villach). The hotel is just about 300-400 meters away from the station. You can walk up to it but in case you are carrying heavy ski bags, then probably the hotel might offer a quick pickup-if informed well in advance.

By car: South out of Salzburg on the A10 Tauern Autobahn, exit Bischofshofen/Gasteinertal and up the valley. The hotel has its own parking lot. No need to worry about finding a spot.
